Celebrating Marionnaud as Retailer of the Year France 2010

Logo MarionnaudIn the largest consumer survey conducted in France involving 750 participants, Marionnaud is elected as “Retailer of the Year France 2010” in the beauty and luxury perfume category. This survey is conducted by the Q&A Research and Consultancy and published on 13th December, 2010.

Starting in June 2010, consumers have voted for their favourite brands via an online questionnaire, judging a list of their favourite chain stores based on nine criteria: assortment, value for money, discounts, price level, friendliness of staff, service, atmosphere and staff qualifications. The survey also pointed out that staff professionalism and price levels have stood out to be important criteria when customers select the chain store of their choice.
