DOUGLAS Group: Isabell Hendrichs to leave the company – The DOUGLAS Group announces that Isabell Hendrichs, Chief Assortment and Purchasing Officer, will be leaving the company by mutual agreement. As of September 1, CEO Sander van der Laan will temporarily assume responsibility for the Group’s assortment and purchasing activities.

Van der Laan thanked Hendrichs for her outstanding contribution over the past years and wished her all the best for the future. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of the position of Chief Assortment and Purchasing Officer for the success of the DOUGLAS Group and announced an intensive international search for a suitable successor.

Isabell Hendrichs joined DOUGLAS in 2019 as Executive Vice President

Isabell Hendrichs joined DOUGLAS in 2019 as Executive Vice President and assumed the position of Chief Assortment and Purchasing Officer in October 2021. During her tenure, she has significantly expanded and upgraded DOUGLAS’s assortment, particularly in the premium and luxury categories. She has also established exclusive partnerships with renowned brands and cultivated excellent relationships with suppliers.

A successor is currently being sought for the position of Chief Assortment and Purchasing Officer
