In addition, Philipp has successfully modernised our marketing and brand positioning and scaled our retail media business. We would like to thank him sincerely for his commitment and his many successful achievements for the Group and wish him all the best for the future. At the same time, we are using this change to realign our management structures and responsibilities and to establish a Management Committee consisting of the Executive Board as well as Chief Assortment & Purchasing Officer Stefanie von Albert, Chief Marketing Officer Rik Strubel and Chief E-Commerce Officer Marcel Uphues. We firmly believe that this governance structure will put us in a good position to continue to successfully advance the DOUGLAS Group.”
